  • Q: How long does it take to get started on my investigation?
A: Once you agree to the terms, conditions and scope of the investigation, the investigation can start in as little as a few hours. Understandably, while you may be anxious for us to get started it is important to properly prepare for the case. For example, for surveillance investigations it’s important to gather pre-surveillance information in efforts to develop helpful intelligence. This information is beneficial during the planning and operational stage of the investigation where quick decisions are often made based on information obtained prior to the surveillance.
  • Q: As an employer, Can I investigate my employees?
A: Yes. Not only can you legally investigate your employees, but it is often in your best interest to do so in the event of a workers’ compensation claim, theft, or fraud cases. Insurance and injury scams, and career scammers are becoming increasingly commonplace. Hiring a private investigator to investigate these cases is a drop in the bucket in comparison to the potential losses you might face as business. Call us if you have questions, 512-589-7462.
  • Q: Is it legal to hire Tactical Investigations to follow my spouse?
A: Yes, in most cases. If you suspect infidelity, you can legally follow your spouse, or place a GPS tracker on a vehicle that you own (but they’re using). While this method can be useful to gather initial information on whether or not your spouse is cheating on you, we recommend turning to a professional private investigator to avoid drawing undue attention. We’re usually capable of determining whether or not your spouse is cheating on you quite quickly – sometimes even without any surveillance at all. Give us a call today to speak with an investigator to learn more about the legality of GPS trackers, the approach of our cheating spouse investigations and whether or not we consider an investigation necessary.
